Yes. We highly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full wallpaper order. Samples allow you to experience the material, texture, and finish in person, while also viewing the colours within your own lighting conditions. How do I install wallpaper?

Our non-woven wallpapers are installed using the butt-joint method, where each panel is placed edge-to-edge without overlapping, creating a seamless appearance. Detailed installation instructions are included with every order and can also be downloaded from our Installation Guide.

Which adhesive should I use for non-woven wallpaper?

We recommend using a high-quality adhesive specifically designed for heavy non-woven wallpapers. The adhesive should be applied directly to the wall rather than the wallpaper itself. Always follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions for the best results.

Which wallpaper type should I choose: Peel & Stick or Non-Woven?

Peel & Stick wallpaper is self-adhesive, easy to install, and ideal for rental properties, temporary updates, or DIY projects.

Non-Woven wallpaper requires wallpaper paste and offers the most professional, durable, and long-lasting installation. It is generally recommended for permanent residential and commercial interiors.

Will Peel & Stick wallpaper adhere to all painted walls?

Peel & Stick wallpaper performs best on smooth, clean, properly prepared surfaces. Walls painted with stain-resistant, ceramic, Teflon, or highly washable paints may reduce adhesion. In these situations, we recommend choosing our non-woven wallpaper installed with wallpaper paste.

Are wallpapers washable?

Yes. Our wallpapers can be gently cleaned with a soft damp cloth for everyday maintenance. Avoid excessive water, harsh cleaning products, detergents, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive sponges, as these may damage the surface.

Can wallpaper be installed in bathrooms?

Yes. Our wallpapers are suitable for standard bathroom environments, including walls near sinks and bathtubs. However, they are not fully waterproof and should not be installed in areas exposed to direct and continuous water contact, such as inside showers. For added protection in humid environments, we recommend applying an appropriate waterproof protective coating.

What printing technology is used?

Our wallpapers are printed using advanced UV GEL printing technology, delivering exceptional colour accuracy, sharp detail, and long-term durability. The process is odour-free and uses environmentally conscious inks that do not contain harmful solvents.

Do your wallpapers include extra installation margin?

Yes. All wallpaper orders include a small production margin to allow for minor wall irregularities and easier installation. We recommend measuring the widest and tallest points of your wall when placing an order.

Will the wood grain be visible?

Yes. The natural wood grain may remain visible through lighter areas of the artwork and is an intentional part of the design. Because every piece of wood is unique, no two artworks are exactly alike.

Can I customise the size?

At this time, wooden wall art is available in selected standard sizes only and cannot be customised.

How do I clean and maintain the artwork?

To keep your artwork looking its best, gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid excessive moisture, abrasive cleaners, or direct contact with water.

Can wooden wall art be displayed in wet area?

Wood is a natural material and should not be exposed to direct water contact or excessive humidity. For best longevity, we recommend displaying the artwork in well-ventilated areas away from continuous moisture.

What is the production time?

Every order is produced specifically for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, allowing our team to carefully prepare, print, and inspect each item before shipment.

How long does delivery take?

Once production is complete, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide and regularly deliver to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. If you have any questions regarding delivery to your location, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How will my order be packaged?

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Wallpaper orders are shipped in protective tubes, while wooden wall art is securely packed using protective materials designed for safe international transit.

Will I receive tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package throughout its journey.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If production has not yet begun, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

What should I do if there is a shipping issue?

If your order is delayed, appears lost, or experiences any delivery issues, please contact us. We will work directly with the courier to investigate the matter and assist in finding the most appropriate solution.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photographs of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. We will review the information and arrange a suitable solution as promptly as possible.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
