Refund policy

At Japandi by MAGLbL, many of our products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. As a result, certain products may not be eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund once production has commenced.

Products manufactured to a customer's specifications, including custom-sized wallpapers, may be exempt from statutory withdrawal rights where permitted by applicable consumer protection legislation.

Customers located in the European Union may have statutory withdrawal rights for eligible products. Withdrawal requests can be submitted through our Withdrawal Request page and will be reviewed in accordance with the nature of the product and applicable legal requirements.

To help you feel completely confident in your choice, we warmly recommend ordering a sample of wallpaper before placing a full custom-sized wallpaper order. Samples allow you to experience the design, colour, and texture firsthand before making a final decision.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the problem. We will replace any faulty panels or offer a suitable solution.

To process your claim, please follow these steps:

Submit documentation:

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging.
  • Include photos of the damaged item(s).
  • Attach a photo of the shipping label.

Keep the original packaging:

  • Retain the item in its original packaging.
  • Ensure it remains sealed.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement on weekdays by emailing hello@japandibymaglbl.com with your order number and your cancellation request.
