Hospitality & Commercial Projects
Architectural Murals
Our murals are developed for interiors where atmosphere shapes memory.
In hospitality and wellness environments, the wall is part of the emotional experience. It frames arrival. It softens the transition. It holds stillness.
We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and developers to integrate large-scale mural compositions that feel architectural rather than decorative. From hotel lobbies to private suites, spa treatment rooms to Pilates studios, our work is designed to anchor space with restraint and clarity.
Each composition is carefully balanced to support circulation, material layering, and light movement throughout the day. Forms are controlled. Colour is dimensional but quiet. Negative space is purposeful.
Our approach is rooted in Japandi philosophy, where Japanese spatial sensitivity meets Scandinavian warmth and proportion. The outcome is depth without heaviness, texture without distraction, and presence without excess. We design for interiors that value longevity over trend and atmosphere over ornament.
WHY COMMERCIAL PROJECTS CHOOSE US
-
Architectural Presence
Our compositions are scaled in relation to the room. They anchor large walls without overwhelming circulation or sight lines.
-
Refined, Timeless Aesthetic
Neutral tonal palettes and layered textures ensure longevity beyond trends. The designs integrate naturally with stone, timber, plaster, linen, and indirect lighting schemes common in hospitality environments.
-
Designed for Cohesion
Each mural is created to support overall spatial identity. The wall becomes part of the architecture rather than a surface afterthought.
-
Suitable Across Sectors
• Hotel lobbies and suites
• Boutique hospitality concepts
• Spa treatment environments
• Pilates and yoga studios
• Wellness receptions
• Branded residential developments
Technical Specifications
Our murals are produced with architectural integration in mind. Each project is prepared according to confirmed wall dimensions to ensure accurate scaling, alignment, and visual continuity across the full surface.
Production Format
All murals are produced in sequentially numbered vertical panels to ensure accurate installation and controlled alignment on site. Panels are manufactured at widths of up to 100 cm and can be produced in lengths of up to 10 metres, allowing for large-scale applications including full height and double height walls. Panel segmentation is calibrated to maintain dimensional stability while preserving compositional continuity across the full surface. Each panel includes installation tolerance to accommodate minor on-site variation and substrate conditions. Seam alignment is carefully engineered to minimise visual interruption within large-scale compositions.
Scaling
Unlike standard repeat wallpaper, each mural is individually scaled to the confirmed wall height and width of your project. This approach ensures:
• Accurate proportional balance at architectural scale
• Maintained visual harmony across wide or tall feature walls
• No distortion or stretched imagery
• Controlled positioning of compositional focal areas relative to ceiling lines, openings, and fixed elements
For hospitality and commercial projects, scaled layout previews can be provided prior to production approval to support specification and installation planning.
Printing
Produced using high-resolution large-format printing technology, each mural maintains clarity and tonal depth at architectural scale. We use colour-stable inks suitable for interior applications, designed to maintain integrity under indirect natural light and controlled artificial lighting conditions common in hospitality spaces. Tonal layering and subtle texture gradients are preserved during scale enlargement to ensure visual continuity across panels.
Commercial Durability
Commercial interiors demand materials that combine visual refinement with dependable performance.
Our murals are produced on a vinyl wallcovering with a non-woven backing engineered for dimensional stability when installed on properly prepared interior surfaces. The material structure supports:
• Stable adhesion across large-scale applications
• Clean seam alignment for architectural continuity
• Surface resilience suitable for moderate traffic interiors
• Consistent visual integrity under hospitality lighting conditions
The vinyl surface allows for gentle cleaning using a soft, damp cloth, making it appropriate for environments requiring routine maintenance without compromising the design surface. Where increased durability is required, surface protection options may be discussed during project specification.
Fire Classification
The vinyl non-woven substrate used for production has been tested in accordance with EN 13501-1 and achieved a reaction to fire classification of C-s2,d0.
Documentation is available upon request.
For projects requiring specific regulatory or enhanced fire performance classifications, early consultation during the design development stage is recommended to ensure alignment with local building requirements and project compliance standards.
Lead Times
Standard Production
Production typically requires 5 to 7 business days following final wall dimension confirmation and artwork approval.
Hospitality & Multi-Wall Projects
For larger installations or multi-area projects, timelines are confirmed based on total volume and sequencing requirements. Early coordination during the design development phase is recommended to ensure alignment with installation planning.
Worldwide shipping available. Delivery timelines vary by destination.
Custom Scale & Project Adaptation
No two commercial interiors are identical. Scale, proportion, light, and circulation all influence how a mural should be integrated.
Each project is prepared in direct response to confirmed wall dimensions and architectural context.
We provide:
• Full wall scaling based on architectural drawings or confirmed site measurements
• Adjustment to accommodate ceiling heights, recesses, columns, and irregular wall conditions
• Controlled tonal refinements to align with project material palettes
• Layout planning for feature walls, reception backdrops, and double-height installations
Our goal is to ensure the mural supports the spatial concept rather than competing with it.
For larger developments or multi-property projects, direct consultation is recommended to coordinate production scheduling, sequencing, and logistical planning.
RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
All murals are produced to order using advanced large-format printing technology to ensure precision, consistency, and reduced material waste.
Production is carried out on HP Latex 800 and Canon Colorado M5 systems, delivering high colour accuracy, sharp detail definition, and long-term surface durability. These technologies utilise low-emission, environmentally considerate ink systems suitable for interior environments.
Precision cutting is completed using a Summa F1330 flatbed plotter, ensuring exact panel calibration and accurate alignment to confirmed wall dimensions. This controlled finishing process supports seamless installation and clean architectural integration.
Our production approach balances technical performance with environmental awareness, ensuring each mural meets both aesthetic and operational expectations.
