Shipping Locations

We are proud to ship worldwide. Please note one exception:

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Kindly provide a physical address so that your order can be delivered successfully.

Contact Information

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide at least one piece of contact information: a valid phone number and/or email address. This allows our couriers to reach you should they need to confirm any delivery details. Without it, the courier may be unable to deliver your package, and it could be returned to us.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Production Time

Each piece is made and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. During the holiday season, production may take a little longer, typically 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery Times

Your total delivery time is made up of production time plus shipping time to your destination. Here is an overview of expected shipping times once your order has been produced:

  • United States: 2 to 5 business days
  • Canada: 2 to 5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days
  • European Union countries: 2 to 4 business days
  • Other European countries (for example, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine): 2 to 5 business days
  • Worldwide (for example, Australia, Japan, UAE, South Korea): 2 to 5 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Order Tracking
