Samples & Project Orders

Samples are available to support active projects and material selection, allowing you to review colour, texture, and finish within the intended space before final specification.

Sample costs may be credited against a full wallpaper order.

For project-based orders, including custom dimensions, multi-wall installations, or larger quantities, we recommend reviewing layouts and quantities prior to placing an order. This helps ensure accurate coverage, consistent panel alignment, and a smooth production process.

Our wallpapers are produced to order. Confirming details at the sample and planning stage supports confident specification and installation.

Ordering

Orders can be placed directly through the website. Once your trade application has been approved, you will receive a trade discount code that can be used at checkout on eligible wallpaper products. For larger projects, custom sizing requirements, or multi-wall installations, we recommend consulting with us prior to ordering. This allows us to review layouts, quantities, and panel positioning to ensure the best possible result.

Production Lead Time

Standard production lead times are typically 2–5 business days, depending on the selected finish and order scope. As each wallpaper is produced individually, lead times may vary slightly for larger or more complex projects.

Shipping

Once production is complete, most orders are delivered within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and local carrier services. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
